First off I would like to apologize for the late update to the blog. I've just recently moved in the month of November and it's taken quite a while but finally everything has it's place and is sorted now at my new place....thank God!!

It looks like my days are numbered on having this event on Remembrance Sunday, again Steve Peat our local living legend had chosen that date to have his Bike Bananza so the date had to moved to a week after. On top of that a week before the actual event someone had a problem with me running a" unsanctioned event"...eventhough it was a "Charity Event" and dropped a dime on me to the Forestry Comission so the venue had to be changed at the last minute. Luckily for me being one of the founder members of the Y.M.R.S...the Yorkshire Mates Race Series has it's perks and my extended family stepped up at a moments notice. Just want to give a "MASSIVE SHOUT OUT" to all the Steetley lads for letting me use there venue and carving out a new track and taping it all out on the day. Without your selfless act the event wouldn't have taken place and the charity would have missed out on needed funds...once again cheers and that comes from the bottom of my heart. On the day we raised £625 including a one off payment of £50 from Jay Ellis...what a top lad.
